Processing Your Order
Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares it for dispatch. This includes verifying your order, quality checking your items, and securely packaging everything before shipment.
Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
Delivery Times
After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–10 business days.
Your parcel is shipped directly from our fulfilment centre in China before being handed over to your local courier for final delivery. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow every step of its journey.

While we aim to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delivery times can occasionally vary due to circumstances outside of our control, including:
- Customs inspections, which may occasionally delay international shipments.
- Peak shopping periods, such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other busy seasons, when courier networks experience higher volumes.
- Local courier operations, as the final stage of delivery is handled by your local postal or courier service once your parcel arrives in your country.
